Kingston is located along Hwy-401 on the northeast shore or Lake Ontario in southeast Ontario, approx. 250 km east of Toronto.
From Hwy-401: Hwy-401 to Sydenham Rd. exit 613. North on Sydenham to McIvor Rd. (first intersection). West (left) on McIvor to Sunnyside Rd. Turn left onto Sunnyside. The arena is on the left-hand side of the road.
